All pricing is quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change. We accept payments via EFT, PayPal, VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
If you wish to cancel an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on (03) 9120 8885 within 12 hours of order placement.
In using the Purchase Services to purchase the Product through the Website, you agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the Website for the Product (the 'Purchase Price').
Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through any of the above-mentioned methods.
Following payment of the Purchase Price being confirmed you will be issued with a receipt as confirmation of purchase.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Refund and return for change of mind within 14 days of receipt of the Product. Product must be in the original packaging and remain in a saleable condition. This means the Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the original undamaged packaging with the original tags still attached. If returning items for change of mind a $10 shipping & handling fee will apply.
There is strictly no return, refund or exchange on any sale items.
Shipping and Delivery
As part of the checkout process you will be provided with delivery and insurance options.
Standard shipping is $10 with free shipping on all orders over the value of $100. We aim to ship your items to you within 3 business days of order placement.
If you wish to collect your order from our Boutique at 51 Brentford Square Forest Hill simply select the “click & collect” option when placing your order and you will be contacted when your order is ready for collection.
